Weather Poem
The wind howls as it pushes the light pour of vapour.
The hill becomes devoured by darkness, black.
The moonlight reflects off the raindrops, now heavy and fast.
The droplets cut your vision, blurring your eyes.
The freeze dives under your skin, driving the cold
Your veins numb as the people around you move quickly
fighting the infinite fall of rain.
Everything slow and eventually stops.
You look up, the clouds are gone.
The sun once again illuminates the sky,
you smile.
